Well let’s jump right into it! Led by one of Cere’s in-house booze experts, you will delve into the history of gin, its origins, how it’s made, the different styles of gin, how to taste it and pair it with garnishes and food. Over the class, you will also tantalise your tastebuds tasting different Gin styles, and enjoying a Charcuterie platter. You’ll have access to behind the scenes of the Distillery itself and also get to operate a still and make YOUR VERY OWN BESPOKE GIN! It’s time to get set for a gin-fuelled evening!
During the classes, you will also be guided through the process of blending up your own gin recipe from a vast range of vapour infused botanicals.
