‘Brew Your Own’ in Queenscliff

Introducing the very first “Brew Your Own” microbrewery located in the well-known Queenscliff Brewhouse and is just a few weeks away from opening its doors. “We’re getting there – brewing the perfect craft pour on site is a marathon effort, not a sprint”, says Mattias Isaksson, the on site head brewer.
The Queenscliff Brewhouse offers multiple conference areas, meeting rooms and versatile open spaces to accommodate small meetings through to larger groups up to 150 pax. The Brewhouse has over 15 craft beers on tap and over 200 bottled craft beers to try, both international and Australian. With the new addition of the microbrewery, craft beers can be made onsite, including the signature brew Prickly Moses Handcrafted Beer.
Mattias Isakssion says The microbrewery completes the full package they offer to conference groups and business events. “With Richard Hooper on board, one of our region’s most well-known chefs, and the microbrewery almost finished, we can offer businesses a unique food and beverage experience, including team building activities for the team to brew their own batch of beer.” A hands on brewing experience that takes you through each step of making your own beer!
Company director Andrew Noseda says “Our goal is to educate guests about beer and local, sustainable coastal cuisine in a one-of-a-kind, fun filled unique setting.” He says that in this conference activity, the team can learn the brewing process from a master brewer and pair different beer styles with head chef Richard Hooper’s tempting bites.
If you are looking for our region’s most relaxed function space, get in touch with the yes-we-can team from the Queenscliff Brewhouse. With just a splash or two of their Prickly Moses brews, they will make sure to suit your business’ needs.
