Geelong winery Mt Duneed Estate opens luxury accommodation pods

Enjoy spectacular views over a verdant vineyard with a stay at one of Mt Duneed Estate’s brand new luxury accommodation pods.

Perfect for corporate retreats or incentive getaways, each of the eight pods on-site come equipped with a king-sized bed, high-end furnishings, kitchenette, coffee machine, and mini lounge area.

Commenting on the new accommodation offering, Mt Duneed Estate Sales and Marketing Manager Christine Whelan called the pods “an absolute must for any event including corporate retreats, weddings, concerts of a long lazy lunch.”

“The concept of bringing guests into the region to stay and enjoy the wonderful attractions, hospitality and events in and around Geelong and the Surf Coast is one we are proud of,” she said.

There are two room types available: the Vineyard Pod and the Olive Grove Pod. What’s the difference you ask? Well, the vineyard pod features a private outdoor bath with spectacular views of the vineyard where you can soak away your stress with a glass of wine in hand; while the The Olive Grove Pod will wow you with a panoramic view over a – you guessed it – olive grove.

Mt Duneed Estate is regarded as an iconic winery in the region, made famous for hosting A Day On The Green, which sees thousands of music fans gather each year for a day of music, dancing and merry-making.
