We specialise in designing and facilitating tailored tours and transfers, customising each experience based on group size and preferred destinations. Whether it’s factory visits, team-building activities, chocolate making paired with wine tasting, or any other unique experience, we work closely with the clients to curate the perfect itinerary. There are no limits to what we can offer—including golf packages, to walking tours, surfing lessons — always ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every group.

CURATED TOURS/TRANSFERS

We accommodate groups ranging from two guests to larger-scale tours. Our largest tour to date we hosted 128 guests, divided into four distinct experiences: Queenscliff (20 guests), Werribee Zoo (36 guests), a winery tour (20 guests), and a Great Ocean Road tour (52 guests), each with a dedicated personal host.

INCENTIVE GROUPS

We specialise in curating and delivering premium experiences for international incentive groups, ensuring seamless, high-value itineraries tailored to their needs. Recently, we designed and hosted a five-day inbound incentive tour for a group of 19 Asian guests in Melbourne, offering a carefully curated blend of cultural, culinary, and luxury experiences.

Our services included round-trip airport transfers from Tullamarine to Melbourne and exclusive excursions to renowned destinations such as Geelong, Portarlington for a mussel experience, Queenscliff, and the Splatters Cheese Train. Guests also enjoyed a scenic journey along the Great Ocean Road, with stops at the Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery. The itinerary featured VIP shopping at Chadstone, visits to Queen Victoria Market and South Melbourne Market, and private transfers to select dining locations. To create a truly memorable experience, we also arranged a special birthday cake delivery for a private dinner.

With over 40 years of experience in customer service and logistics, we have successfully managed large-scale operations across diverse industries, both domestically and internationally. Our expertise spans luxury and adventure experiences, air freight coordination, and specialised deployments.

Epic Tastes has orchestrated and executed the logistics for over 1,500 defence personnel, facilitating their transportation to remote and strategically significant locations across Australia, including remote communities such as Groote Island to other isolated regions. This involved seamlessly coordinating flights, ground transfers, vehicle logistics—including cars, buses, and trucks—accommodation, and cargo shipments worldwide.

We can manage complex itineraries and high-volume group movements which has been recognised four times at the highest Australian Defence levels, including commendation from General Cosgrove’s aide-de-camp, underscoring my commitment to operational excellence and efficiency.
